By using the services of Art Yard, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Service
Art Yard provides:
- •Garden Maintenance (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annual plans)
- •Plantation & soil improvement
- •Pest & fungus treatment
- •Landscaping (design + execution)
- •Additional services on request (charged separately)
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- •Provide safe access to the garden/balcony
- •Ensure water supply & basic utilities are available
- •Inform our team about pets, restrictions, security rules, or gate passes
3. Service Team
- •Gardeners are trained & verified
- •Customers cannot directly hire or solicit Art Yard staff
- •If any misconduct is noticed, report immediately to the Project Manager
4. Plant Health Disclaimer
Garden maintenance does not guarantee plant survival. Factors like weather, pests, watering frequency, sunlight, and plant age affect results.
5. Payments
- •All plans must be prepaid
- •Extra tasks (repotting, new plants, heavy pruning, landscaping, soil refill, etc.) are chargeable
6. Liability
Art Yard is not responsible for:
- •Damage caused by weather, pets, building restrictions, or improper customer care
- •Any items left in the garden area during service
7. Termination of Service
Art Yard may terminate services for:
- •Non-payment
- •Harassment/misconduct
- •Unsafe work environment
