Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Art Yard, we strive to deliver high-quality garden maintenance and landscaping services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines conditions under which cancellations or refunds may apply.

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

  • Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month maintenance plans cannot be cancelled after service activation
  • Customers may request cancellation before the first service visit, and a refund (after 5% processing fee) will be initiated
  • For one-time visits, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service

2. Missed Appointments

If the customer is unavailable or denies entry at the time of visit, the appointment is marked as completed, and no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Service was not delivered due to Art Yard's fault
  • Payment was deducted twice (duplicate payment)
  • The cancellation happened before the first service visit (per policy)

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

4. Service Rescheduling

Customers may request rescheduling up to 12 hours before their scheduled slot. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
